In addition to being non-refundable, all bookings are strictly non-transferable. Name changes or transfers to another passenger are not permitted.
If you choose to cancel your booking or if you are unable to travel (e.g., due to medical reasons, visa rejections, or personal emergencies), the entire booking amount will be forfeited. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances.
In the rare event that an airline cancels or significantly alters a flight schedule, any potential compensation or alternative arrangements will be strictly subject to that specific airline's terms and conditions. Go to Fly is not liable for providing refunds for airline-initiated cancellations.
